As your therapist, my priority is to create a shame free and non-judgmental space for you to show up as your genuine self. I offer supportive feedback combined with tools and skills tailored to meet your individual goals. I specialize in mood disorders, relationships, sexuality and supporting LGBTQIA+ folx. I use mindfulness based interventions, somatic skills, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed care and solution focused interventions. I honor all identities and practice from a person centered, strengths based, social justice informed approach. I provide gender affirming care through affirmative therapy and letter writing I offer individual therapy to folks ages 18 and up. My specialties include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship concerns, women's issues and life transitions. I earned a post graduate certificate in Affirmative Therapy from Widener University in 2021 and completed the Sexual Health Certificate Program from the University of Michigan in 2024.
