This ultimately helps them to integrate change most effectively, and facilitates the healing of body, mind, and emotions. Healing and change happens within the context of relationships. There is freedom to explore the really hard and difficult parts of our stories that have often been neglected or damaged by us and others. Healing never happens in isolation. Pilot? Military? Veteran? Trying to navigate how to get help but nervous about how to do that best? As a former pilot (C-17s), and military aviator I can help you where others may have difficulty.
