Every individual and circumstance is unique and has their own complexity. I want help them see their value worth by integrating and including each client’s culture, spirituality, interests, needs, and beliefs in counseling and finding the therapy model that works best for each client. My areas of focus include working with adult individuals, couples, and families working through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, addictions, relationship issues, infidelity, or sexual dysfunctions. I have specialized training and experience working with clients with trauma and sexual addictions. I have training and experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotional-Focused Therapy (EFT), Sand Tray, Spiritual Abuse Assessment Training, Gottman Therapy lv-1, Prepare/Enrich Premarital Counseling.
