I am now offering in person walk-and-talk appointments in SF's Golden Gate Park. Many of us sense the impact of disconnection from the natural world as well as know the healing, grounding, and well-being we experiencing in connection with the natural world. Walk-and-talk appointments tap into this gift we often overlook. I seek to help my clients thrive within their community and experience a grounded and vital sense of connectedness to self and all others. My approach takes into account each client's intersections and addresses mental, emotional, and somatic (bodily) experiences.
