We often go through seasons of life that are challenging and difficult to navigate. Perhaps it is a new obstacle that pops up or an old wound that needs healing. Sometimes we need a place to express the thoughts, feelings, and emotions we are experiencing. Whatever the reason, I believe counseling can be a tool to help guide and facilitate the growth and healing you are seeking to move forward in life. I utilize a variety of theoretical approaches and tailor therapy to what will uniquely work for you. I specialize in working with men, relationship conflict, affair recovery, teens, athletes, anxiety, depression, stress, and burnout. After completing my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Georgia Southern University, I completed both my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Doctorate in Counselor Education & Supervision at Mercer University.
