With all that is going on in the world today day from the pandemic to economic losses one can begin to have feelings of depression, low self-esteem, stress, or anxiety. Through building a healthy therapeutic relationship we will work together as you navigate these feelings and figure out how to overcome them. I am also passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, and especially the LGBT community. My approach to counseling is an integrated type using solution focused, cognitive-behavioral, person centered, motivational interviewing, DBT and strength-based therapy.
