I offer a safe and judgment free space where you are free to process your challenges and find a road to authentic, whole living. I utilize several modalities including sound biblical principles, brainspotting, SSP, and a trauma informed approach to meet all of your needs. I offer perinatal and postpartum support to new moms and have extensive personal and professional experience in supporting individuals with ADHD. I also offer parent coaching through Connected Families framework.
