What does Authentic Reclaimed mean? By definition, Authentic means to be “true to one’s own personality, spirit or character”. To be your authentic self, means to be unapologetically, bravely and freely you. We believe that together we can reclaim your authentic self. We believe it is important to be human in sessions, to connect and grow the therapeutic relationship, so that you feel safe to be honest and vulnerable, to make progress together. We are judgement free, open minded, empathetic and honest. We specialize in strengths based therapy and often use CBT, DBT and ACT models of therapy, as well as expressive arts, to start while we create individualized treatment goals together. Therapy should be about YOU, we are just there to support and guide you to becoming your authentic self.
