Originally from the Midwest, I spent years of exploring various professions until I finally found my calling and passion in professional counseling. I know that trust, and connection are essential when it comes to finding the right therapist. My practice is founded on the belief that every person has a unique story, and clients are the true experts of their lives. Some of the eclectic treatment methods I use are Choice Theory/Reality Therapy to help regain a sense of control and empowerment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which teaches us to rewire the brain to automatically challenge thoughts and feelings that do not serve us, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused therapy to move forward.
