I currently am not accepting new clients. I have a passion for working with children, adolescents, and teens, and young adults who experience anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship conflicts. Through a collaborative approach, I will help teach you skills to create peace within your mind and the skills to do the hard things that you need to. View 5 Photos I incorporate CBT, Mindfulness, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and play therapy. I have been trained in EMDR and completed Level One Theraplay training. I am currently under supervision.
