I believe that everyone is capable of change with the right support, tools, and willingness to invest in themselves. I work with people experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, body image issues, OCD, grief, relationship conflict, mood disorders, and trauma. I also offer couples counseling that focuses on healthy communication, attachment styles, and conflict-resolution skills.
