Welcome. Are you here with a longing for change? I honor that longing and the courage it takes to reach out for support. My name is Autumn Kern. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Board-Certified Art Therapist serving adults and teens in California and New Mexico via telehealth. Since 2011, I have supported clients in navigating life transitions, managing anxiety, and healing the lingering impact of past trauma. My work is rooted in the belief that our natural state is wholeness. When we create enough safety and space to listen deeply — to the body, to emotions, to inner knowing — healing becomes possible.
