Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas and Florida. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Tarleton State University and have been practicing in the mental health field for over fourteen years. Everyone's story was an integral part of who they became and how they interacted with the world. My passion is to help others become a person who they are proud to be and to help them remove barriers to achieving their personal goals toward mental wellness. My approach to therapy is client-centered and trauma-informed. I have training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and EMDR.
