Hey y’all — I’m glad you’re here. I’m a queer woman originally from Mississippi, and my practice is rooted in deep respect for unique stories, identities, and lived experiences. I specialize in working with women navigating trauma and life transitions, as well as professionals in healthcare and mental health who may be feeling burned out, disconnected, or struggling to care for themselves while caring for others. I’ve also completed specialized programs focused on affirmative support for LGBTQIA+ clients. As of 2/5/26, I am accepting new clients. As a Licensed Therapist and EMDR‑trained, intuitive clinician, I’ve worked in a wide variety of settings and think of myself as a “boots‑on‑the‑ground” practitioner. More than any title or degree, I value the relational skills that let me show up as authentic and open, and build real connection with the people I serve.
