As a limited licensed professional counselor, I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where individuals of all ages and backgrounds can feel heard, valued, and supported. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, identity, stress, life transitions, and feeling overwhelmed or stuck. With experience in school settings, I bring a strong understanding of the unique pressures adolescents face, while also supporting adults who are seeking clarity, balance, or personal growth. My goal is to meet each client where they are and help them toward insight and change.
