Life can look good on the outside and still feel heavy on the inside. If you’re ready for something deeper than survival, you’re in the right place. I work with adults and adolescents age 10 and over with a variety of needs. I specialize in working with adolescents and their families, providing a supportive and compassionate space for healing and growth. My goal is to foster an atmosphere of trust, acceptance, and hope, allowing families to navigate their unique challenges and experiences as they move forward together. My clients appreciate the client-centered and strengths-based approach that emphasizes collaboration and a whole-person approach. You and your family are seen as experts on your experiences. I most typically use motivational interviewing, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and for adolescents, TF-CBT (Trauma Focused-CBT).
