My approach to therapy is client-centered, meaning that I will work collaboratively with you to tune into your struggles, explore new and creative ways to cope, and strengthen your ability to manage your emotional experiences. I believe in using art in conjunction to traditional talk based therapy, as I have seen it provides an alternative way of expressing oneself for children, adolescents, young adults, geriatric clients, and on an inpatient psychiatric unit.
