As a therapist, my goal is to assist you in finding the courage and direction to take the next steps in accomplishing the desired changes you want for your life. Change takes time and can be very difficult, especially without direction or a starting point. My role as your therapist is to assist you in finding a starting place, help you understand where you are on your journey, teach life skills, and encourage you to persevere to achieve the changes you desire in your life, within your family, and/or your relationships with others. I'm also part of All-Terrain Behavior Health Group. If I'm not available, a colleague may be.
