About

You are a high-functioning Black woman who moves through the world with strength, competence, and responsibility — at work, at home, and for everyone else — yet may be carrying stress, exhaustion, or emotional weight that rarely has space to rest. You’re successful and capable, but often feel unseen, misunderstood, or pressured to remain strong while navigating demanding professional environments. I specialize in supporting Black women in corporate and professional spaces who are experiencing anxiety, burnout, identity strain, and life transitions shaped by chronic stress and microaggressions. My work is for women who are ready to step out of survival mode and reconnect with themselves in a more grounded, sustainable way. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, over 20 years of experience, I offer therapy that is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and rooted in both evidence-based practice and mindful presence. I integrate CBT and mindfulness.
