Hello! I am an artist and a mother and both of these profoundly inform my creative, collaborative and trauma informed approach to counseling. I am especially interested in perinatal mental health/birth trauma, grief, sexuality, and disordered eating. I am a fierce advocate for marginalized communities and bring an intersectional lens to my work. I continuously strives towards liberation practices and learning and imagining new and healthier systems for existing. My favorite approaches include somatics and Narrative therapy which stem from my background in the arts and love for storytelling and the body’s deep wisdom.
