I believe therapy is most effective when it is a choice—something you want to engage in, not something that feels forced. I encourage open feedback and work at a pace that feels right for each client while offering honest, thoughtful guidance. My approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing from CBT, solution-focused techniques, and other evidence-based methods. I support children, teens, young adults, couples, and families in better understanding their experiences, identifying patterns, and developing practical tools for meaningful change.
