My goal as a counselor is to help others achieve their own personal goals through a safe and empathetic therapeutic space. I understand that every individual is unique and it is important for me to meet the client wherever they are in their journey. Whether it is alleviating anxiety, developing coping skills, building resilience, promoting personal health, or creating a greater sense of awareness and self-compassion, I will support our clients and promote their wellbeing first and foremost.
