Often people come to me when they are wanting their lives to change, but they are unsure how or where to begin. I am very passionate about helping people transform their relationships, their careers, and their habits to create a more meaningful and intentional life. My ideal client would be someone who is motivated to change and is open to feedback and different perspectives. Most of my clients goals are to reduce depression, reduce anxiety, increase self esteem, reduce people pleasing tendencies, learn how to set boundaries, and process past trauma. I also have a lot of experience helping women leave toxic or abusive relationships.
