Hello. My name is Ludmilla Rubinov. I am the owner of a private psychotherapy practice, as well as a psychotherapist with 23 years experience. I have worked with variety of human struggles with emphasis on solution-focused, insight-oriented work designed to instill an expansive self-belief and effective means of dealing with emotional symptoms, relationship conflicts and work related stress. Described as warm, welcoming and emphatic, I partner with my clients to help them to understand themselves and in identifying obstacles that prevent them from leading more satisfying lives. I am experienced in treating a wide array of mental health disorders and issues including: Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, Intimacy issues, Anger management, Bipolar and Personality disorders. I have also established a network of psychiatrists and other professionals whom I can expedite referrals with when a different approach is needed.
