Welcome! If you’ve found your way to this page, you may be considering taking the first step in your therapeutic journey—and that’s no small thing. Starting therapy can feel intimidating or even overwhelming, but I believe just showing up here means you’ve already done one of the hardest parts. I believe that every person is the expert of their own life. You already carry the strengths, skills, and motivation needed for growth—sometimes you just need a little support to uncover them. My role is to walk alongside you in that process with compassion, curiosity, and care. I work with adults and adolescents navigating a wide range of challenges including grief and loss, anxiety, depression, OCD, autism spectrum disorder, and life transitions. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals with chronic illness as they navigate the challenges of chronic pain, mental health, and a complex medical system.
