My clients have experiences of trauma, anxiety, pain, and complex health challenges. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals living with hypermobility & Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS). I specialize in integrative somatic and Polyvagal-informed modalities such as EMDR, BSP, & somatic psychotherapies, which work with the self-healing aspects of biology, restoring balance to the nervous system, and influencing neural patterning for deep and lasting change. In addition to customized therapy programs/intensives, I offer EDS/HSD educational coaching, and professional consultation to mental health and healthcare providers.
