Kids and teens don’t always know how to express big emotions—and many need extra support learning how to cope, communicate, and feel confident in themselves. I help young people who are struggling with self-esteem, frustration, anger, anxiety, and other emotional challenges. My approach is centered on advocating for them, supporting them, and empowering them with practical tools they can use every day. I work with youth ages 9+ with a range of needs, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, defiance and behavioral concerns, cognitive delays, and adjustment issues.
