Sometimes life can seem overwhelming- whether we are held back by things in our past, experiencing present obstacles, or anxious about things to come. I am passionate about supporting others in overcoming life’s difficulties to reach their goals. I view therapy as a collaborative relationship between therapist and client. I value creating a safe and accepting environment where clients feel comfortable being their authentic selves. I have experience working with individuals and couples on a variety of presenting concerns- relationship issues, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, mood regulation, and stressful life adjustments.
