I am passionate about supporting LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and ethically non-monogamous folks in embracing their authentic selves and building practical skills for self advocacy and cultivating calmness in this not so calm world. My clients often find themselves in periods of transitions, feeling misunderstood, and navigating challenges with how they relate to themselves and others.
