Engaging in therapy is a brave step, and my goal is to honor the vulnerability that it takes by working to meet you were you are at. I approach therapy from a place that recognizes the impact trauma and systems have on us, and my goal is to collaborate with you so I can learn about your experiences in an environment where you feel deeply seen and heard. You come to therapy with a great deal of wisdom and strengths, and my hope is to support you in listening to and building upon that foundation.
