Difficult life transitions can lead to anxiety and depression, making it a time when we need support, guidance, and a holistic self-care plan. I’m a trauma-informed clinical psychologist, a certified yoga instructor, and a certified perinatal mental health specialist with extensive experience working with adults, facilitating groups, and providing clinical supervision to graduate students.
