Accepting new adult clients in Ascension and surrounding areas, with telehealth available statewide. I work with adults experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relational concerns. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, drawing from solution-focused and strengths-based therapy. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking and behavior patterns and develop healthier coping strategies. I bring over a decade of private practice experience and a diverse clinical background across multiple settings. Therapy is paced thoughtfully and aligned with each client’s goals.
