I am an LCSW, and I have been a practicing therapist for over 15 years. My goal is to help each client find inner peace and a sense of contentment. On our therapeutic journey together, we will develop ways to navigate the chaos and disappointments life can bring us. We will investigate how our past experiences affect our current reactions, and we will aim to develop greater insight into ourselves and our motivation. I believe that happiness is not something that just appears; it is a feeling that we have to cultivate so that it can flourish and enrich our lives.
