I am a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive training in the treatment of anxiety, depression, PTSD, interpersonal difficulties, and adjustment challenges. I utilize an integrative approach that combines insight-oriented and goal-directed interventions informed by Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Attachment, and Relational modalities.
