We started our company, ABC Therapeutic Solutions, with the goal of providing the best quality and empirically proven therapy possible. Dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, impulsivity, family or relationship conflict and other mental health symptoms, can have a serious impact on your health. Our mission is to help you find a balance that meets your emotional, psychological and physical needs. At your pace, with your success being our only goal. Growth is a process and therapy is a safe place to gain self-awareness and learn new skills. My practice focuses on providing therapy to young adults to work on improving self-esteem, decreasing anxiety and symptoms of depression using a strengths based model and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
