Hi, I'm Avrille Birnbaum! I'm a Clinical Psychologist, practicing therapy via video for clients who are in need but might not be able to take time off weekly to come to an office. I am a believer in doing what I can to make self-care accessible and relevant for each client, and I strive to make each person feel that they are having a conversation in which they feel supported, heard, and receive tools to use in their daily lives. Most often, my clients come to me struggling with issues regarding neurodivergence, depression, social anxiety, living with bipolar disorder, chronic pain, and autoimmune disorders.
