At AWAKEN360 we believe counseling should go beyond the couch and encompass the many different ways people express their thoughts and emotions. We know counseling is hard and talking about fears, doubts, and insecurities is one of the scariest things a person can do. We want to offer ways to express yourself that go beyond traditional talk-therapy. AWAKEN360 sees the growing need in our community, in our youth, and in families for support. We also take counseling beyond the couch and into the community through whole-body wellness groups, community service projects where counseling goes beyond the helping hand, and in schools with youth through student-led mental health groups.
