HI, I love being human with people. Therapy with me is like having a friend who is a therapist, as my style is warm, relaxed and firm. I want to ensure I am giving you exactly what you need, so I work with you to get YOUR treatment goals down and then conquer those concerns. I use a variety of different theories and approaches as each client is individual and different techniques are necessary to provide individualized care. I love teaching skills and worksheets so you will rarely leave empty-handed without something you can work on outside of the office.
