I am Pamela Nicole Dukes, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in Counseling, specializing in Clinical Mental Health, from Governors State University. Having navigated my own journey of healing from trauma, I am committed to being the advocate and support system that I once needed, providing compassionate and effective care to those I serve. I specialize in life & emotional wellness coaching, grief and loss, bipolar depression, self-compassion, and self-esteem. I help individuals move beyond their struggles, guiding them to live on top of their stories rather than within them.
