Where there are options, there is hope... and there are always options. I work with patients who are struggling with their life situations and regulating emotions when life gets too tough. I offer a down to earth approach for guiding clients to a mental space where they can be centered and make healthy and productive choices. I try to create a space where peace, quiet, introspection and often humor are present.
