I’m a licensed professional counselor offering inclusive, secular therapy for adults addressing general mental health, sexual health, and sexual identity. Since 2015, I have dedicated myself to creating a safe space for clients from diverse backgrounds, particularly those in the LGBTQ+ community and those in alternate relationship styles. My goal is to help clients navigate life’s challenges while considering the unique intersectional factors that affect their overall well-being. I’m here to listen, guide, and support you on a journey of self-discovery and growth that respects your personal values and lived experiences. Therapy should be a place where you feel understood, respected, and supported. As a therapist with nearly a decade of experience, I prioritize creating a safe and nonjudgmental environment. My ongoing education in Sex Therapy further enhances my ability to support you in areas of sexual health and identity, helping you feel empowered and understood.
