I work with individuals and couples build stronger, more connected relationships with others and with themselves. My practice is rooted in compassion, cultural awareness, and understanding. I specialize in working with women and members of the BIPOC community, especially those navigating multicultural identities as immigrants, first-generation, or multilingual individuals. I know firsthand how powerful it is to feel truly seen and supported in therapy.
