I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should feel safe, supportive, and collaborative. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions, offering a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. My approach is practical and strengths-based, using CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and solution-focused techniques to help you build coping skills, gain clarity, and move forward in ways that feel right for you. Our first session is a gentle introduction where we get to know each other and talk about what brings you in, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and safe as we begin working together.
