I am a firm believer that we are put here on earth to help one another grow, and change with the ultimate objective to live a more fulfilled life and love each other more. The challenge is always the peaks and valleys of life that bring us severe emotional pain. I have had the privilege and honor to be professionally trained in a wide variety of therapeutic modalities to move clients toward better mental health. I do believe that there is not one way to get mentally healthy but rather a combination of personal choice and a new approach to life’s challenges that creates permanent change. In our first couple of sessions, we will start with brief introductions, some background history, any questions you may have about the process or working directly with me and specifics of what brings you to therapy.
