As a graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice, I obtained my Master's in Forensic Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Victimology Studies; with the sole intention of helping every individual I counsel see their inner selves and understand how their life has developed thus far and identify what strengths we need to build on. I work with people struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma after unexpected life events. My therapeutic style is a blend of Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Strengths Perspective.
