My ideal client is an adolescent, college student, or adult navigating anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, trauma, grief, or major life transitions. They may feel unsure where to start and are seeking relief, clarity, and coping tools, in addition to insight. They’re motivated to better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and build emotional stability, but may need support to feel safe, grounded, and confident enough to take those steps.
