I do my best work with adults across the life span experiencing emotional distress. I have a special interest in life transitions, women's issues, and maternal mental health. I believe that your physical and emotional health are intimately intertwined. I am passionate about the mind body connection. I am a firm believer in the therapeutic relationship being a powerful agent of change. I work hard to foster an open and collaborative environment in the therapy room.
