Feeling anxious, depressed, grieving, or navigating life transitions? Does it feel like everyone got the script for how to do to life-and your still trying to figure it out? Many capable adults feel this way and I take joy in helping adults work through anxiety, grief, life transitions, and relationship changes so they can feel grounded and safe again. I also specialize in neuodivergency and offer a person centered approach to sensory sensitivities and social anxiety within this population. My style blends CBT, DBT, Narrative therapy, IFS and strength based approach .We'll explore patterns, process experiences and build skills to regulate your emotions and build self trust.
