As a LCSW, I specialize in helping clients heal from trauma, anxiety, and life transitions by creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space. My approach is grounded in EMDR therapy and trauma-informed care, and I integrate holistic techniques. At this time, my services are virtual only. An important member of the healing process is Kiki, my certified therapy dog, who brings warmth, comfort, and a sense of safety to sessions. Many clients share that her presence helps them feel calmer, more connected, and better able to process difficult emotions.
