Clients I work with often struggle with hopelessness, negative self-talk or anxiety that affects relationships, work or their ability to live peacefully. Often they struggle to set boundaries, say no, or to put themself first. My clients are often hard on themselves and are looking for an outlet to release what has been bothering them. Together we celebrate what is already going well, expand upon those strengths, and unlearn ways of thinking that may be holding them back. I believe that it's never too late to make the changes you wish to make, and that there is hope for all my clients, even when they feel hopeless.
